This was a huge festival of 600,000 people. The Who were the joint headliners on the Saturday night with the Doors. Other acts were Joni Mitchell, Free, Sly and the Family Stone, John Sebastian, Emerson Lake and Palmer, Mungo Jerry and Spirit.
